Great experience. Routine exam and procedure. No issues, the team at the office made me as comfortable as possible. They educated me about insurance and the procedure. Can't ask for anything more!
I have been with this group for about 20 years. I used to be a Reg. Nurse where I found Dr. Amin. I was very impressed by this personable physician who is qualified to diagnose and treat GI disorders and internal GI related illnesses such as liver disease. He does all of my colonoscopies and endoscopies. His M.A. is Erica. I've known her for years. She is very knowledgeable and too very personable and I trust them both as I continue to get the best GI management. Thank you Dr. Amin and to you Erica.
The longest waits ever- and a sign basically saying “ and we don’t care - reschedule if you don’t like it”
Going to the Doctor's Office is usually not an activity to look forward to BUT this office, staff & Dr. Amin, always makes me look forward to my visit. All the staff are kind, helpful & friendly & Dr. Amin gets A+ in being an example of how Doctors should communicate with their patients. His kind & edifying manner make health care not only a positive experience but the comprehensive manner helps one to approach their health needs collaboratively so one can be as healthy as possible. Communication with many clinics is sometimes less than perfect because of the workload personnel have to contend with. It is to be expected but I had no real communication issues with this clinic. Communication was good and my overall experience with the clinic and Dr Humphreys was excellent. Dr Humphreys is an excellent doctor.
