The worst ever waited 2 months for a procedure it never happened,due to lack of communication on there part.Will never call you back or even answer the phone.There called Baycare now still the worst
Awful communication. Impossible to get a phone call back or response through the portal.
Communication is the worst. Messages go unanswered. Phone calls to the office manager are not returned. The patient portal doesn't work and is not accurate. The Doctor I saw discussed some things with me and I saw things on the visit summary we never discussed. I messaged her asking if they pertained to me. A week later and no answer. A most frustrating experience. One other thing. They called and asked if I could come to the office earlier for my initial appointment. I did. I arrived at 10:40 for a 11:00 appointment. Painful experience for patients. Incredible rates of turnover in staff, so no one really knows anything. If you have medicare, or are an easy patient, they'll be grand. If you are looking for specialized help and acute care, they do not care and will not go out of their way to help you, and their lapse in communication can actually do more harm than good.
