I agree the phone calls take a while to be returned or answered. I had some issues with billing and coding for procedure to be processed correctly with insurance. The office staff and Dr. Onea were respectful and explained everything to make the experience easier. It's hard to find staff/people making their job a priority to be empathetic to others these days. Which explains why jobs are being switched to machines to handle.

Please save yourself some frustration and don't come to this place! Unless you have all day and money to pay out of pocket because they don't notify patients when they stop taking their insurance anymore. You will also be waiting 3 months for an appointment. I was in that office for over 2 hours! Only to get hit by a $205 dollar bill. They won't let me leave the office without paying, even after I told them to send me the bill in the mail because I was already late for another appointment. This medical office lost record of my mother's initial (first) appointment with them even though I called the office the day before and verified the date, time and doctor's name. They offered to make a future appointment, but they would not see my mother while we were standing in the office. They should have seen her right away since it was a high probability they had made the mistake. We will not be doing any business with this office in the future.

The worst ever waited 2 months for a procedure it never happened,due to lack of communication on there part.Will never call you back or even answer the phone.There called Baycare now still the worst

Awful communication. Impossible to get a phone call back or response through the portal.
