Going to the Doctor's Office is usually not an activity to look forward to BUT this office, staff & Dr. Amin, always makes me look forward to my visit. All the staff are kind, helpful & friendly & Dr. Amin gets A+ in being an example of how Doctors should communicate with their patients. His kind & edifying manner make health care not only a positive experience but the comprehensive manner helps one to approach their health needs collaboratively so one can be as healthy as possible. Communication with many clinics is sometimes less than perfect because of the workload personnel have to contend with. It is to be expected but I had no real communication issues with this clinic. Communication was good and my overall experience with the clinic and Dr Humphreys was excellent. Dr Humphreys is an excellent doctor.
The doctor I saw here didn’t help me get to the bottom of what’s causing my stomach issues. He diagnosed my condition, but didn’t give me any advice or what might’ve caused it. Just shrugged his shoulders and I’ve been left suffering for months. Looking for another gastroenterologist in the other area, and unfortunately it’s incredibly hard to find one that sees patients in a timely manner.
My experience was wonderful! I arrived about 10 minutes early and within 5 minutes was escorted back to an exam room. Dr Amin arrived within 10 minutes and we discussed my procedure and I checked out. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. A wonderful experience all the way around!
