My referral was sent to them the beginning of this year and as of today, haven’t heard from them. I have called numerous times, they are super rude, put you on hold or they just don’t answer.
I was referred out to them first time I called no answer, so I left a message tgey never returned my call that was the a week ago. So I call again today luckily someone answered I start to explain I was referred out the girl is mumbling I'm not sure what put me on hold eventually someone else answered the call I start to explain and get hung up on. What's the point of having the people they have answering calls if they can't even help......to his girls answering find a new job!!
My mom called minutes ago to schedule an appointment and the Spanish speaker gave her attitude for no reason, putting us on hold. I called again to ask for a name and the female didn’t want to give it to me saying there were multiple Spanish speakers in the building. If I could rate it 0/5 I would for the disrespectful attitude given for no reason.
This place is awful.. if you can find a better GI go !!! They absolutely take advantage of their patients who have to see them because of there insurance . They over pack the schedule and treat patients like cattle.
Staff is HORRIBLE! I work in the medical field as well and would never treat a patient like they do. I never even scheduled an appointment because of how horrible they are. I would rather drive the extra miles to Bakersfield.
