The staff here extremely rude and pointless. They wont allow you to make an appointment, they assure that they will call back and they never do, and the ladies keep putting you on long holds without any valid explanation. Basically, dont waste your time here. Do yourself a favor and have your doctor refer you to someplace else. If i can give this place a negative rating i would, literal trash.
Really rude when you speak to them over the phone they need to work on that.
It is hard getting a hold of them call us back is all the answers I get and I get put on hold and they loose things like my referral I've been waiting for a call back and didn't happen. I'm calling again cause they seem to not care. Wow I'm going to call again .
Staff doesn’t care that you’ve been here an hour and a half. What’s the point of an appointment if you’re not going to honor it but they have the nerve to want to charge you if you’re a no show or canceled appointment. If your time is important why isn’t mine.
Muy mala actitud, aparte de el tiempo largo que me hacen esperar en linea las que contestan el teléfono muy prepotentes. Quedan en regresar llamadas y sigo esperando la mía desde junio.
