Absolutely horrible. I was referred out to them by my doctor. I called several times over a 3 month period to schedule an appointment. Every time I called they told me they have my information and they will call me back to schedule. It's now been a year and they still haven't called and now my referral is no longer good. If I could give no stars I would.
Rude, and usless staff. I called two days this week and both of the times they have put me on hold multiple times for more than 10 minutes, and in many cases they even hung up, and I had to call back. They said they would call me back but they never did, I had to keep on calling them to get a response. Would not recommend, staff is not helpful and is rude.
What’s the point of an appointment if you have to wait 2 hours to see anyone this place is ridiculous Please do your research before commenting here!
My referral was sent to them the beginning of this year and as of today, haven’t heard from them. I have called numerous times, they are super rude, put you on hold or they just don’t answer.
I was referred out to them first time I called no answer, so I left a message tgey never returned my call that was the a week ago. So I call again today luckily someone answered I start to explain I was referred out the girl is mumbling I'm not sure what put me on hold eventually someone else answered the call I start to explain and get hung up on. What's the point of having the people they have answering calls if they can't even help......to his girls answering find a new job!!
