Great customer service
Hadn’t been into the Placerville location for a while since the new change in management. Wow! What a huge difference it makes when you put people in there who know what they’re doing. I’m pretty new to the welding craft and had a bunch of rookie questions that most places didn’t want to waste their time answering . I talked to the manger Dakota who answered my basic questions that were probably dumb to him, but didn’t make me feel like an idiot. Dakota provided outstanding customer service. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. He knows his products and genuinely cares about helping his customers.
I had a great experience! Dakota helped me find what I needed and we even had a nice chat talking about metal fabrication. His extensive knowledge of the trade became apparent immediately. Will definitely be coming back for all my consumable and equipment needs!
