Very happy with service from Advanced. Jake was very informative, explained everything to us, answered all our questions and did not try to push anything on us that was not needed. Will call Advanced for any future garage door issues.
If I could give them a 10, I would! Jake and Sam were absolutely AMAZING from start to finish! From the quick response time for scheduling an estimate, pricing and completing the job - let me tell you, the communication is by far the BEST around! Always knew what was going on and when! Jake even came back out to put on the weather stripping after we added more trim to help with gaps on the sides. Great people, pleasure to talk too!! Hands down, HIGHLY recommend them for your garage needs!!
Easy to schedule, Jake and Matt were very professional and efficient. They fixed the problem quickly and the price was reasonable. They also like dogs!
Came out same day for an issue with my garage door. Called before they came to give me an estimate on time which was wonderful. Both guys were friendly, patient, and thorough with explanations as to how they were going to fix. They also explained very thoroughly how to maintenance my door in the future to make it last for another couple of years until I can get around to replacing it. Answered all my questions! Extremely satisfied with this great service!!
