If you want to do business with a company that takes your money and gives you nothing in return, this is the company for you. I gave them my 50% deposit last August and they filed for bankruptcy in November without even ordering my garage doors. Since then, there has been very little communication and no satisfaction.
Seth Klinder did an amazing job! They booked us very quickly and did a great job texting us updates of our appointment! 10/10 recommended.
I would be happy to leave a review here if and when you fill my 9/23 order and bring the doors out to be installed. Four months after the initial 50% payment and as of 1/3/24 we have not received verification of the order being released for manufacturing or had any contact to schedule a delivery and installation date.
This company is easy to work with and they priced it out just right. I called them the day my garage door broke, it was not an emergency so we scheduled it for out the next day. They confirmed their appointment via email and text and showed up on time. When the technician was en route they sent me another text letting me know he was on his way and had a picture of the technician so I knew who I would be meeting with.
