We made an offer on November 16th, and moved in 3 weeks and 3 days later. The whole process was fast, and smooth. Kris was great to work with, and promptly addressed any concerns in a timely manner. Review Part 2: I purchased my first home in December 2018, used Advanced Funding, and had a great experience. Rates had been going down, and I just did a refinance with Advanced Funding. They got me a great rate, and the whole process was simple and fast. I worked with Kris both times and she is great.
