The tech that did my ultrasound was a complete idiot. She thought my blood vessel was my babies heart beat. I do not think she is even educated in doing ultrasounds. Best bet is to go somewhere that has people who know what they are doing

The people that work here are friendly, kind, and patient, to a "T". They are understanding that to lay in an MRI for an hour at a time is NOT comfortable, and that a little bit of compassion is due. They are ALWAYS good about playing the music that I want, giving me a blanket if I'm cold, or aiming the fan on me if I'm hot. Like I said, they are nice folks; that is, all the women that work there. I can't say the same for the male Dr., he's a bit abrubt. It's bad enough that people calling in to AFI are facing challenges of possible life-threatening health issues in need of an MRI, but calling in to this place was more stressful than what I'm facing physically. The customer service rep who handled my call couldn't answer a simple question of "whether or not they bill at a 'clinic level or at an outpatient level' " without getting an attitude. She was very argumentative, and had little manners when dealing with patients seeking assistance.
