After losing 2 parents and not living in the Ft Wayne area, we called AFS and explained we needed help. During call, asked about the D rating on BBB and received what we thought was a satisfactory answer/explanation So I went ahead and scheduled appointment for next day. Owner (Jon?) came out very next day and was right on time. Told us what he recommended and informed us we would have a quote the next day. 10 days and 3 phone calls later, still not return phone call or quote.
