Terrible experience! Melissa the office manager of 204 Grove Ave(West Deptford office), refused to let me be seen because she forgot to tell me I need a referral from insurance. I had referral from my doctor and that wasn't enough. I've never needed 2 referrals to a doctor, first time hearing of this. I believe they maybe RACIST and don't want to provide service for people on Medicaid. Don't waste your time going there unless you're white and rich, then they'll respect you. Boycott!!!AWFUL PLACE!!
Everyone in the Salem office from reception to the doctors are so nice and helpful. I like how the doctor explains everything to me so I understand and he listens to me.

I highly recommend anyone to Advanced Footcare in Salem. The best foot doctors that took care of my dads foot issue. I have to give special thanks to Roxanne and Monique they both took care of my dad on separate occasions. Both of the Medical Assistants there are loving and caring. They are a dual team for the office and I wish them all the best. The front staff was very nice as well.
I have nothing but good things to say about this practice! Originally I was referred to Dr. Brittner by my mother, who she loved and trusted for many years. However, I was informed of his retirement. The receptionist Barbara assured me that the office had been taken over by a phenomenal NEW doctor, Dr. Megara. I trusted her and scheduled my first appointment.
