Was a customer for many years, but not anymore. I was lied to not once but twice. First I was told my orthotics had not come in due to a delay caused by Cyclone Alfred even though it had not even made landfall yet. Two weeks later I get told another lie and discover they had not even ordered my orthotics yet. I'm walking my business elsewhere.
We had a fantastic experience with Addison! My 7-year-old needed multiple podiatry sessions, and Addison was absolutely amazing with her. He quickly built a great rapport, making her feel comfortable and at ease. I really appreciated how he explained everything in a way she could understand, which made the process much less daunting for her. His patience, professionalism, and caring approach truly stood out. Highly recommend Addison for anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate podiatrist!
My experience with the clinic was fantastic from the lovely girl who greeted me at the counter and then Sarah was fantastic and knowledgeable. Great experience.
Was sent here for a care plan from my doctor. Rang and made an appointment and was told it would be $165.00. Had the appointment my feet were scanned for shoe inserts and was promptly charged $355.00. I had another appointment so I could receive my shoe inserts and was then told I would need another appointment in a month. No problems except when I went to the front desk I was hit with a bill for $550.00. at no time during the first appointment was I given a quote nor advised that there would be more to pay. Reception girls are good unfortunately the podiatrist I had was very incompetent, she had to use Google for every thing couldn’t finish the appointment as she was unable to offer any support and proceeded to charge me full price for 10 minutes of her time, thankfully there is better podiatrist in town.
