Went above and beyond to help. I have sciatic pain and needed a back brace. My prescription wasn't specific enough. They could see the pain I was in and went above and beyond to make sure it was covered. Thank you
Wonderful and caring staff. Both Varuna and Emilee were professional during the measuring and fitting of my customized brace. The ladies asked a number of questions to ensure that the brace conformed to my knee based on my injury. Thank you again!
Excellent!! I came in for a brace fitting over a month ago and had a very smooth experience. Emilee answered all of my questions with clarity and patience! Even offered to refit the brace if it started to feel uncomfortable.
