Excellent service!! Very helpful with any questions I had regarding my situation.
Staff is lovely and helpful, and customer service overall is fanastic! The braces and compression stockings they have are of extremely high quality. They also have very cute orthopedic European shoes. Highly recommend this place
Not the best customer experience. First time I went in to get measurements the young lady was very kind and helpful, however when I went in to pickup my order the middle-aged women that was there was dry and condescending. Felt like she was forced to do her job. Opening hours are also not ideal for people who work day jobs.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Awful. Condescending. Many reviews I've given, this is one of very few 1-star reviews.
Manager was not accommodating. Very disappointed. Asked if I could pay after receiving the money from my Insurance, was told no. Lost a customer.
