Absolutely horrible customer service. Awful. Condescending. Many reviews I've given, this is one of very few 1-star reviews.
Manager was not accommodating. Very disappointed. Asked if I could pay after receiving the money from my Insurance, was told no. Lost a customer.
Service is 100% as soon as you walk in the door . Also, the service is topnotch, they give you the time without rushing, measure you for your needs and help with fitness, adjusting, making sure you are feeling comfortable with your brace or whatever it may be and answer any questions you may have before you leave. I personally left feeling so very happy , comfortable, and well supported. I've been there twice now for two different braces, and I would not want to go anywhere else hands down !
Would give -5 stars if I can. The receiptionist was horrible, she sound like jist try to rip me off instead of helping how to pay with my insurance. She must be replaced bybsome one else. I give 2 stars for Emily, shes the one who work on the brace for my son. Shes nice person!
