Dr. Wisby is great, takes her time and has a great chair side manner. Her staff is nice too.
Dr. Dana Wisby is one of a kind! I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Dana Wisby. When my son injured his ankle, Dr. Dana Wisby saw him on short notice and went out of her way several times to ensure that he received the appropriate care. Dr. Wisby is a great Podiatrist and I highly recommend her for any foot problem. She is professional and caring. She spends time with her patients and never rushes. Her staff is also exceptional and friendly. If you want great care, you should go to Dr. Wisby.
There are concerns regarding billing practices at this office. While the staff I interacted with were courteous and professional, I found their billing practices to be problematic and lacking transparency. During an $800 procedure (paid in cash), I engaged in what I believed to be casual conversation with the provider. However, I was later billed for a separate consultation fee related to that discussion, even though it occurred during the procedure itself.
