Dr. Dana Wisby is one of a kind! I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Dana Wisby. When my son injured his ankle, Dr. Dana Wisby saw him on short notice and went out of her way several times to ensure that he received the appropriate care. Dr. Wisby is a great Podiatrist and I highly recommend her for any foot problem. She is professional and caring. She spends time with her patients and never rushes. Her staff is also exceptional and friendly. If you want great care, you should go to Dr. Wisby.
There are concerns regarding billing practices at this office. While the staff I interacted with were courteous and professional, I found their billing practices to be problematic and lacking transparency. During an $800 procedure (paid in cash), I engaged in what I believed to be casual conversation with the provider. I really liked this place, but I had a unpleasant experience today. My brother had a follow-up appointment to check on his toenail's ingrown healing progress, which was included in the initial payment of $350. During the visit, we asked the doctor to examine his other nail for potential ingrowth. They checked it without cutting or treating it, as it wasn't inflamed. This was my first visit & was pleasantly surprised at the friendly efficient staff, with less than 5 minute wait. Dr D Wisy took the time to explain 3 different options I could choose before my procedure. I will definitely recommend my friends & family KUDOS!
