Due to a busy schedule I had to wait months to have the time to see a foot doctor. I did hours of research and decided on Dr. Lloyd. I made my appt 6 weeks in advance, they contacted me 4 times by phone, text and email to confirm my appt. Never bothered to mention Dr. Lloyd was no longer there. Took my money before going to the exam room where it was then they mention I'm seeing someone else. I find businesses with no regard to someone's schedule unprofessional and disrespectful.
