It's easy to understand why Advanced Flooring has so many happy customers. When the engineered oak flooring we received was different than expected, Advanced Flooring picked it up and brought us another option instead. Wow! Such great customer service. and we love our new floor!
Flooring was good quality, delivery was prompt and communication was friendly and consistent. Would defintily order from them again.
Horrible experience from start to finish. The installation was crooked, boards were damaged, and the crew was rude. Within days, the floor started creaking and cracking. Total waste of money—stay far away from this company.
Absolutely the worst flooring company I’ve ever dealt with. The work was sloppy, the materials were cheap, and the floor started falling apart within weeks. They take your money and disappear completely untrustworthy
