Horrible experience from start to finish. The installation was crooked, boards were damaged, and the crew was rude. Within days, the floor started creaking and cracking. Total waste of money—stay far away from this company.
Absolutely the worst flooring company I’ve ever dealt with. The work was sloppy, the materials were cheap, and the floor started falling apart within weeks. They take your money and disappear completely untrustworthy
We purchased our flooring from them and within 2 years it started to peel up where each piece connects. Our entire flooring will need to be replaced and they won’t warranty it.
I was looking for particular vinyl plank flooring and was told it was unavailable all across Canada. I live in Alberta but I happened to find it at Advanced Flooring. From my very first contact, they had amazing customer service. Evin was so thoughtful. While waiting to get confirmation that the flooring was available, she gave me a call even before she got the answer - just to make sure I knew she was still working on it.
