Decent place with a good variety of wood
Amazing customer service They have great prices I highly reccomend them
Buy anywhere else. They make policies up as they go and don’t stand behind their products or returns. Tell you one thing, then argue about it, play the he said she said, charge crazy restock rates, etc.
I bought thousands of dollars worth of flooring here. Two complaints: •Warehouse climate •Illegal Credit Card Billing Practice Wood issue: Unfortunately, the wood I purchased was kept in a warehouse(perhaps damp) that made the wood expand so much, that even 2-weeks to acclimate, in a climate controlled house, was not sufficient. Billing issue: My contractor was picking it up, and I never saw an invoice.
