I purchased a Livingsocial deal (similar to Groupon) for whole house carpet cleaning from Advanced Floor Care & Restoration Services. When the appointment was scheduled they were notified this was the cleaning package purchased through Livingsocial. When they arrived the day of the scheduled appointment they refused to honor the Livingsocial deal because I would not purchase additional services.
