Do not buy from this dealership unless you want the worst customer service! We drove 4 hours to pick up an express van from the salesman who we spoke to the day before and confirmed we were coming to get it and then we get there and they say sorry we sold it an hour ago!! 8 hours wasted there and back! I'm a contractor out of Pennsylvania. Saw this truck on marketplace for a fair price. Reached out and they got back to me immediately. Took care of a down payment to hold the vehicle until I could get out to take a look at it. Ryan did a great job from start to finish with the sale of our new 2017 F-250. It was a tough time for my husband and me due to a total loss accident but Ryan made the process smooth and was not pushy at all during a sensitive time. I would not go back there or recommend this place. Started out with a very good salesman named Ryan. Very quick to return my text and calls. I drive an hour and a half up there, when I get there the guys have no idea anything that Ryan and I talked about. Turned out there’s an issue with the four-wheel-drive. I found on my test drive.
