Needed an urgent repair done. They told me they could get me on the schedule for next week but after asking if the jo could be done sooner they said they would call me back and let me know. After two days passed I followed up and was told that they are no longer taking any new customers and that I had been misinformed that my job would be completed by them. I understand completely but it would have helped to know they did not want the job so I could have scheduled with someone else.
