Advanced Filing Concepts help me create some custom folder for my business. When they weren't right the first time, they quickly fixed the issue and sent me new ones. Great customer service!
Karl is wonderful to work with! We get our binding machines and binding supplies, for all locations, through here. The binding machines work wonderfully and leave us with a presentation we are happy to provide to our clients. We had 2 machines, same location, that ran into issues that were covered under warranty. Karl hand delivered the replacement machine, and set it up, the same day that I emailed him to report it! If that's not service, I don't know what is! Thank you for always being so responsive and professional.
This is the only place that I can find who will make the folders that we need. The prices are good and delivery is prompt.
