Worked at Advanced Fiber Technology owned by Installed Building Products. 100 and 125 Crossroads Boulevard, Bucyrus Ohio. Quit and walked out yesterday, not worth my mental health. The 125 plant is such a priority that the 100 building is being severely neglected. Paper and cardboard stacked up so much in the back there's little room to work. I checked in here but got loaded few blocks away at 320 Gulling Dr N. The actual loading took less than 30mins. The lady at the check in & the loader down the street were both friendly. I give it up to the guy who was loading, he was by himself and getting everyone in and out fast and efficiently.
Last week we blew 104 bags of AFT Cellulose into an 836sqft attic to achieve a depth of 16". This product is complete rip off.
