Our IVF coordinator Wendy was super awesome she was always smiling and made my wife and I feel very welcomed and comfortable at every appointment. Thanks to Dr. Allon my wife has conceived twins on our first IUI try. This experience has been great the rest of the staff is just as welcoming as Wendy. I highly recommend 🥰🥰
This was my first and best experience ever with advanced fertility clinic. We were blessed to only have to do one trial. Everyone was great. Very great bedside manner. I would recommend Dr allon to any family wanting a baby. I was blessed to come out with twins from iui.
I work with a medley of medical fertility clinics in procurement across Texas and other states. I was trying and speak with someone over the phone at this office. To have them disregard anything I had to say; Only wanting an email address, to forward my conversation to the correct person, Mira was just not receptive to giving decent customer service. Just listen to customer needs and offer a solution.
Dr Allon's team was great to work with! I would definitely recommend working with them. Their patient coordinator Mira is a total sweetheart and truly is a blessing to work with. Similarly, Serena was one of our favorite people to work with, she was super nice and understanding which was appreciated in this difficult time in our lives! Definitely were some rough spots in the process but between Mira and Serena, we felt very cared for! Only recommendation for their office would be to tighten up communication with patients.
