Advanced Fertility Associates was a great place. They were on our side every step of the way until we were successful. The employees always gave us the information we needed. Very good experience.
Spent $240 and 30 minutes of time time for this women to question me in an interrogating tone and answer my questions condescendingly. I stopped her mid way through the apt to express that I was feeling uncomfortable with our interaction thus far and she disregarded my comment and just continued on. Once we ended the apt I felt completely drained, stressed, uninformed, unsupported, and essentially broke down crying. I’ve yet to complete the vaginal ultrasound that is included in the initial apt. Dr. Ratcliffe and her team helped me conceive my son and I returned 1 year later to try for #2 after a bit of a journey I'm pregnant again, thanks to her and the teams help. She has been doing this for years and it is great to have that experience and it be local. I would highly recommend their services.
