Our old commercial gate needed replacing, so we brought in Advanced Fences, and the whole process turned out to be very straightforward. Manuel and his team were friendly and respectful, and they made sure to explain each step so we knew exactly what to expect. The new gate opener system works much smoother and already feels more dependable than the previous one. Everything was completed on schedule, which we truly appreciated, and I would gladly hire Advanced Fences again for future projects.

The pool fencing we needed had a few awkward corners because of how our deck was built. I was worried it'd end up looking patchy or uneven. Carlos measured the whole thing out carefully before ordering anything and flagged one section where a standard panel wouldn't sit flush. They fabricated a custom piece for that corner. You'd never know it wasn't a straight run.

We run a used auto lot off the north side of Houston and the chain link gate we had was embarrassing, bent, off-track, and one of the hinges was basically held on with a zip tie at that point. Brian assessed it and gave us two options depending on how much we wanted to spend on the Commercial Driveway Gate setup. We went with the heavier-duty build. Customers have actually commented on how much cleaner the front looks now.

Our LiftMaster Gate Opener System stopped responding to the remotes after a storm came through. I figured we'd need a full replacement. Manuel came out, traced it back to a wiring issue near the motor housing, water had gotten in. He fixed the actual problem instead of just quoting us new equipment. Took maybe 90 minutes.

Three weeks after moving into our place in The Heights and I was still using a padlock on the driveway. Finally had Advanced Fences come out and set up an Automatic Driveway Gate. The remote opens it from the street before I even roll down my window. Small thing but it's changed my morning routine more than I thought it would.
