I was a patient at the Advanced Family Surgery Center in Oak Ridge in September 2024 and could not have been happier with the care I received there. The nursing staff was supportive, efficient and incredibly kind. I barely felt the IV and had no bruising afterwards! The anesthesiologist was friendly, accessible and attentive to the fact that I was new to the area and having an urgent procedure. I had surgery there on 7/31 with Dr. Hafner and my experience was great! Emma, my preop nurse, was awesome! She did great on my IV and getting me prepped. She calmed my nerves and answered all of my questions. I’m sure my operative and post op team was great as well, however I don’t remember them due to sedation. Thank you all for a great surgical experience!
This place is awesome. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff, from receptionists to surgical staff and Dr Yetter, were great. Helpful, nice and knowledgeable.
