Dr Sanders office manager is rude , insensitive, inhumane and absolutely not fit to be someone talking to patients , let alone people . They don’t know how to talk to someone who might be suffering with a major issue or going through some very tough times . Totally unacceptable behaviour of the staff at the front for booking appointments, for managing missed appointments or accommodating patients who need care urgently

My experience with this female doctor was very disappointing. As someone living with epilepsy and mental health conditions, I did not feel heard, supported, or taken seriously. After my therapist suggested we work together to find a solution if the doctor-patient relationship was not working, my care was ended just days before a scheduled psychiatry appointment. I’ve been a patient at this clinic for a few months and have consistently received excellent care. The doctors are attentive, knowledgeable, and make sure patients feel heard. The staff are welcoming and professional, creating a comfortable environment for every visit. I appreciate the clinic’s commitment to patient care and hope they continue providing the same high standard of service that has made my experience so positive.

I want to begin by saying that my concerns are not about my family Dr even though he was not supportive but about the clinic’s administrative process and the communication at the front desk. I recently needed a short one page form completed (Not insurance related). Half of it required my own information, and the clinic charged me $185 for the doctor’s portion, which was mainly comments, a signature, and a stamp.
