It must be nice to be willing to lose TWO patients over a made-up $50 charge for a missed appointment! Ah, to have that luxury... Maybe this will help other to avoid this place. I received a bill for $50, and was verbally warned that it will be sent to collections if not paid, after I stopped by the office to let them know they never sent me text reminder - AS THEY HAD PROMISED - of the appointment well ahead of it.
