While the doctor has great bedside manner and truly cares, I would not recommend this clinic overall. The wait times are an hour or more past your appt time and they require you to come back into the office to hear the results of your labs - even if there is nothing to discuss. The office has also billed visits inappropriately requiring me to pay for a services that were actually covered by insurance. Do yourself a favor and do not use this clinic.
Dr. Boryslavska is the worst provider anyone can possibly go to or work for. Her facility is so unorganized and has patient information at sight, mixes patient's lab blood work then tell female patients they’re pregnant when they’re not and has workers that have never attended any type of medical classes do medical work because she cannot keep a medical employee due to her harsh disrespectful working environment. I really like the doctor here, but the wait can be most frustrating. Also, I have been calling a week regarding test results and no response, very odd. However, my insurance was charge the same day... go figure
A printed copy of another patient’s medical history was given to me within the stack of paperwork that I was asked to sign. This violation makes me super worried about the out of date process of this clinic. Made an appointment for 5pm and was told I would have to wait more on top of the hour I had already sat through. I do not recommend this place!
