If I can I would give them -0 . The staff does not communicate with their patient at all. And to have my mom waiting in the waiting for almost 40 mins and to tell us that she can not be seen cause the Dr Ibrahim was not listed on her insurance as her primary. And she has been seen 3 times by him . Do they know about insurance it looks to me they dont know nothing. I called her insurance and they told me they should have not done that to my mom. Well Bye Bye Dr Ibrahim. I would not recommend this office to no one !!
I started to see Dr Ibrahim after my Dr retired , I saw him 2 times and I have issues with him , he is not refilling my medication on time and change my meds that my specialist prescribed me, when I tell him my issue and does not respond just tells me that what he wants me to do . I call the office for the refill they tell me that it will be at the pharmacy by the end of the day, it’s now 4 days and still not resolved. I’m looking for a different doctor, no thanks I’m 64 years old and I need my meds . Oh by the way he wants ... read more
Christina is aewsome. The staff is great. Dr. Ibrahim is a aewsome physician. I would highly recommend Advance Family Care.
