We had a fantastic experience today. Our son is on the autism spectrum and much overdue for an eye exam/ new glasses.He needed time and space to work through his nerves and everyone was very respectful of what he needed to be calm.There were toys available to keep his hands and mind busy. Dr. Krupp was super patient during his exam. Griffon got us fitted for glasses quickly and was super helpful explaining everything. So nice to have a local optometrist that can met our needs!
I can't thank Advanced Eye Care enough for helping me out while I was on a family trip. I forgot my contacts at home, and they went above and beyond to help. They allowed my regular eye doctor's office to fax over my prescription and then provided me with a trial set of contacts to get me through the rest of our vacation. I was several years overdue for an eye exam, but was informed that my optometrist in Lansing had finally retired. I needed to establish a new relationship with a local optometrist office, which was no small feat since he had worked with my parents long before I became one of his patients.
