Dr. Nelms is a world class Optometrist, and he genuinely cares about each of his patients. Dr. Nelms leverages the latest eye care technology, but he also places a high value on customer service and top notch patient care. The entire office staff is also warm and personable.
I have been with Dr Nelms, Advanced Eye Care for several years since I moved to Athens. He was the only eye doctor I could find who had a machine that could do your eye exam without using the drops that dilate your eyes. I found out that was not the only unique thing this office had to offer. The staff makes an eye exam fun as they are professional yet very personable. I look forward to my checkups!
