Tried to buy glasses from them. But they have to go to lunch and shut down, so ill have to come back another time TO BUY GLASSES lol. Tried to just get my PD since they were going to be to busy to sell me glasses and they were going to charge me $80 for two pd checks when they wouldnt sell me glasses because they wanted to go to lunch. I dont have all the time in the word unfortunately.
Go ANYWHERE else but here. These folks are incapable of getting a simple eyeglass prescription correct. And Dr Sanderson’s attitude may be the reason they are so hungry for money that they try to sell you everything. I went for the first time on April 1 for an exam and to get glasses with progressive lenses. They kept me there another hour after my appointment tying to get me to agree to anti-glare and the most expensive progression lenses. I had to decline three times. Then I was verbally given a total. Excellent eye care and very informative.
Not exactly focused on customer needs and more interested in telling customers to get their dogs off their lawn, even though anything would have been picked up if it did happen. So remember if you have your dog with you, they’d rather you go somewhere else. Also brought battery in for new one and still given the wrong battery and had to make a return trip. Do better guys, please.
