The people were very friendly and helpful. The process to get me ready for Doctor Hay was slick and efficient. Doctor Hay was very thorough and explained all me results in ways I could understand. Been going here for many years and will continue to do so.
This is such a great place to get glasses; Pam especially is awesome. I really appreciated all her help. You have to wear your glasses every day (typically) so it’s important you like them and Pam is great at helping you choose glasses you’re happy with.
Five years ago by his swift diagnosis Dr. Hays saved my sight in my right eye. We were about to embark on a road trip to Vancouver when my eye started to bleed. He identified the problem, gave me a prescription, and checked in with me whilst we were still in Vancouver. I have trusted my eye care to his practice ever since.
Got mad at me because he had difficulty determining my prescription. Then had to fight staff for a copy of my prescription. And the cost of the basic eye exam was breathtaking - my insurance covered maybe a third. Value = 3/10
Thank you to all of the staff that made me feel so comfortable when dealing with what could have been an emergency! I was visiting from Toronto when I had issues with my sight. They were thorough and caring & Dr. Hay put my mind at ease. After many tests he determined that it was safe for me to fly and sent me with information to relay to my optometrist at home. I would recommend to anyone looking for quality eye care in Calgary! Thank you so much!
