Chose this place because I wanted to have my eye _health_ checked, not just my prescription. The good * booking on the phone was easy * the exam was thorough and found some new (and fortunately not yet concerning) things * the doctor took the time to answer questions in detail * they didn't try too hard to sell me on their glasses The bad * not able to make direct billing with Alberta Blue Cross work. * their internal data management and communication is terrible. The people were very friendly and helpful. The process to get me ready for Doctor Hay was slick and efficient. Doctor Hay was very thorough and explained all me results in ways I could understand. Been going here for many years and will continue to do so.
This is such a great place to get glasses; Pam especially is awesome. I really appreciated all her help. You have to wear your glasses every day (typically) so it’s important you like them and Pam is great at helping you choose glasses you’re happy with.
