Staff were efficient, friendly, and on time for my appointment. I appreciated Dr LeMay’s thoroughness, kindness, and information sharing during my appointment. I left feeling more educated and empowered with my health and it’s clear that this practice has quite a few folks who want to provide compassionate care.
Always friendly, explaining every bit of the process to ensure understanding, quick to answer questions, and makes sure my needs are being met. Their teamwork also seems to be awesome, as the flow from one step to the other is smooth, propmt, and cohesive. No sales pitch trying to up your bill, but honest and wanting to work with you and your budget. Truly wonderful customer service - glad and honestly relieved to call them my provider. Highly recommend!
Dr. Todd listened to the eye experiences I have had in the past and has offered good solutions. He and his staff at both locations are great and very helpful. Kudos to all!!
