This place used to be a lot better. The exam is still very thorough, However the staff is hit or miss and are un willing to work with you on prices even if you are doing a complete exam and purchasing more than just frames. I ended up paying for my exam fee even though my insurance covered it. If you don't mind coming out of your pocket for mediocre frames or have something going on related to your vision this is the place to go. Highly recommend! The staff was awesome and friendly and the optometrist was warm and personable and caught a detail about an eye condition I have that I’ve never been told about in all of my 40 years! I also have state insurance and they have an AMAZING selection of covered frames. So many styles! I can’t recommend this place enough. ☺️
Big time scam of a place do not go here. You'll be paying tons of money for their exams/ appts and double that on glasses. As a new patient they didn't take the time to measure my face for frame either. Terrible service and they just want all your money.
