Stay away! The person we encountered was very unprofessional. She did not introduce herself, so we don’t even know if she was an assistant, doctor or whatever. She did not inform the patient , my husband of any procedure, or explanation of procedures before attempting to do them, for instance installing eye drops. You don’t come directly at a person with the intent of placing a pencil-like object ON their eyeball without telling them first AND explaining what it’s for, especially to someone who’s squeamish in the first place... read more
I’ve been happy there till this year. My annual visit turned into ‘you need cataract surgery’. I met with Dr Lee here and felt very rushed and pressured to pay a higher amount not covered by insurance. Anyway after getting hit with a bill I didn’t expect from this office and another from Dr Lees office I cancelled the two procedures. Afraid of what my office follow-up visits would cost!! I have enough eye problems for the entire town of Bowling Green by myself. Advanced Eye Care has been where I have bought contacts and had my checkups annually for probably close to 10 years now and I'm still happy with them. Everyone is always nice and respectful, they also have worked with me on several occasions so I appreciate that. I forgot who my actual doctor is but she's always really thorough and answers my questions. We got my prescription wrong one year out of 10. I'm satisfied with that.
