Terrible place went in month ago got exam paid for contacts in advance. When going back in month later still didn't even order contacts then tell me im gonna owe more. Then try to refund me my money and end up charging me again for 110 dollars!!!!! Now gotta wait days to get my money back in account cause they aren't competent enough to do their job. Seems to be moral of this whole thing not competent enough fo their jobs!
I had an unexpected eye issue a week ago and I was able to get in last minute. Dr. Harvey helped me and was so efficient, professional and courteous. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming the moment I walked in the door. Great job ladies, what an asset to Bowling Green. Thank you for getting me taken care of so quickly when I was hurting. Such a nice team!
