Doctor Reid is amazing! I have been to this location for multiple years spending average $450 each year, I have never had a bad experience until this year. I called on a Monday trying to make an appointment to get new glasses using my existing script, I was told I didn't need to set up an appointment I explained I had to have this purchase done BEFORE Friday, so I would prefer to set up an appointment, After multiple times being told I didn't need an appointment and being very clear I had to have this complete before Friday ... read more
