I took my aunt to see Dr. Gupta for the first time. I arrived early to her appointment to fill out paperwork. However, it took two hours before she was seen. My aunt is diabetic, and had I known the wait would be that long, I would have made different arrangements for her comfort and care. Once she saw the doctor, Dr. Gupta examined her eyes and confirmed that her diabetes had not affected them yet—which was reassuring and exactly what we wanted to hear. However, a two-hour wait to see a doctor is unacceptable.
Dr. Arcana Gupta, MD and her Assistant, Kira were wonderful! They were both courteous, kind, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend the services of Eye Surgeons of Boca Raton, Florida.
They are good professionals, from assistants to specialists; they are polite and understood my problem quickly, and started to help me immediately.
Dr. Paul Gilwit was kind and checked everything. The his staff is very polite e kind too. Maria, Mariana and Star provided me all information about my case. I strongly recommend.
The problem I went in with is the same problem that I went out with , and no resolution. I still can't see or read , my vision is double and blurry not to mention the dry eye situation hasn't been addressed. I read Dr Gupta's reviews prior to making an appointment and am very disappointed after the visit. She mentioned the fact that I might want to consider going to a neuro-ophthalmologist and maybe back to the same optometrist again. No exam of my cornea subsequent to my PRK surgery years ago.
