I was so extremely nervous but he put me right to ease by being patient and kind and very sensitive to my being terrified of *eye things* Upon leaving his office my husband told me I was "glowing" and he could see the difference and change in my self esteem. Travis opening Advanced Eye Prosthetics is truly a God send! Years before he opened AEP, he was the person who painted my prosthesis at Eye Prosthetics of Utah. I was so sad to learn he wasn't there anymore when I went back to have my pupil redone. Rich, the owner of Eye Prosthetics of Utah, destroyed my prosthesis after I requested that he make the pupil a little bigger. We’ve seen ocularists for my son since he was 3 years old. We’ve seen 3 different professionals, and Travis is just absolutely miles above the others. He is absolutely amazing with children and gives them as much time as they need to feel safe and comfortable so they aren’t afraid. His work is incredible. You can’t even tell my son wears a prosthetic now and even if you knew, you wouldn’t be able to tell which one is fake because it’s just so lifelike.
