I recently had cataracts surgery at this place with Dr. Tsai. I can not begin to convey how happy I am with my eyesight now. They were very profesional in their mannner of explaining everything presurgery, during the surgery itself and aftercare. I would recommend them without a doubt.
These good reviews are fake. I booked my mom to see Dr. Tsai here because of the good reviews and how they are bilingual. These providers only care about money. They force you to pay the “estimated cost” upfront before they can even see you. That charge is usually more than what you would pay for after insurance. And then they will reimburse you the amount that you overpaid after insurance covered their part. You also have to pay cash or else they will charge you an additional 3% if you use credit card. This eye clinic provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Due to work emergencies, I had to cancel two appointments and called ahead to reschedule. They demanded a $75 penalty for each cancellation, despite never informing me of this policy in advance. Even worse, the receptionist spoke to me in a condescending and disrespectful tone, as if scolding a child.
