I wouldn't recommend. I feel like I wasted my time & money for nothing. The staff isn't very welcoming. I went to this office for irritation I was having in my eyes. The doctor wasn't the most presentable as a doctor. She barely looked at my eyes & just told me that my eyes are dry. Which I already knew but the irritation was continuing to get worse & all the eye drops I've been using weren't working. She told me to continue with eye drops & gave me a prescription for a steroid eye drops that I probably didn't need & they di... read more
The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable as well as helpful. The eye doctor was very kind and patient with my kids. The appointment overall was timely and efficient. Would definitely refer to others.
Do not recommend- while it is easy to get an appointment here, which us why I gave it two stars. The office was very dirty. The place needs a deep clean as the corners had multiple cobwebs, the equipment was gross. The headsets, chairs and other equipment definitely need replaced. The staff is mediocre not very friendly or welcoming. The lobby chairs are ripped and like they should be on curb next to dumpster. I will not be returning. Stay clear from this place! After being required to pay out of pocket due to delayed insurance details (was covered but wasn’t showing in the system) I was treated like a second class citizen. Attri Was on the phone texting my entire exam. Then she “spotted something” that required another appointment and for them to bill my medical insurance, FINE. They have now billed me, my vision insurance AND my medical insurance! When I ask for refund, no one responds! I’ve had to file a complaint with my insurance in hopes to retrieve... read more
