The front staff was polite and helpful. The nurse (assistant) was friendly, efficient, and energetic. The doctor was professional and easy to talk to. Overall, the visit went smoothly.
Professional and courteous employees at the front desk. Dr. Patel is friendly, informative, professional and kind. So long as I live in the area, this is the only place I will have my eyes checked.
I do not recommend it. How is it possible that I am going to get contact lenses and have to wear reading glasses on top of them and then I go to them and they tell me that they have to charge me again after 20 years of using glasses. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. I lost my money with them.
My husband and I just moved to Texas. We both felt like we received very thorough eye exams and that Dr. Patel was invested in our eye health. He showed us the pictures taken of our eyes and discussed what he saw.
