Nurse called my 3 year old a brat. Doctor was no better. Talked down to her, called her immature. Told her to stop whining. Suggested surgery for a sty because he's doubtful that she would be able to sit still to soak it with warm compress. Are you kidding?! She's 3, she's tired and hungry, it's been a long day. How do you know she doesn't have a disability? Do you treat all kids like that? Wow, beside myself. Never have I encountered that kind of unprofessionalism.

After being given the run around for almost a month my sons glasses arrived. I took some time off from work to be able to bring him to pick them up and they were not ready. The ladies at the store insisted I already picked them up which I had not. They then realized there error and told me I had to come back in a few days to get them. I am unable to get there with my son before 5 without taking more time off from work. This is there error not mine and were very rude about it.
