I visited Dr. Zigulis’ office after it was listed by my insurance provider. I had no prior knowledge of the practice. The eye exam itself went well, and I was informed that my glasses would be ready in approximately one week. After nearly two weeks with no update, I called the office to check on the status. I was told that the glasses had arrived and that the office had simply forgotten to notify me. They apologized for the oversight.
