RecommendedDr. Phillips is the ultimate professional with a kind and caring bedside manner. He did mine and my husband’s cataract surgery and he was excellent in explaining what each step was next and what it would feel like so there was no anxiety. In fact, we thought so well of him that we left the practice that referred us to him and asked if he would just continue our care. He is excellent.
