Today I had an eye exam by Dr. Grady. He was very nice and the front desk women were extremely wonderful. I had my 2 and 5 year olds with me, and while they were a total nightmare during my appointment all three people in the office were completely patient and understanding. I was a humiliated mess. I really appreciated not feeling judged by my tantruming 2 year old.
I had the best eye exam I have ever had today! Dr. Grady Hollenbeck took the time to explain the whole exam and what each step entailed and how it pertained to me. I learned so much and feel so much more confident about my vision health after my visit today especially since I had some concerns! I highly recommend Advance Eyecare of Covington and look forward to our ongoing relationship!
Excited to be a new patient of Dr Hollenbeck! I've been looking for an optometrist and I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and obvious caring nature! I'm willing to drive from Bonney Lake to receive quality care.
