Never had a poor experience here at this location. I prefer here over Saint Lucie any day. Dr’s have always been kind and informative. Wait time for picking out glasses can be long but I’m always seen within moments of my appointment time.
Walked in and a lady was telling someone that she did not like her glasses and she was telling them they were uncomfortable but the lady insisted she take them home. This really made me feel bad for the lady. I believe the office staff named was Cheryl
Anytime I go for my appointments, it’s a good experience, and the staff is friendly. However, trying to reorder my contacts is always difficult. No one answers the phone, even outside of their lunch hours, and when I leave a message, they don’t call back. This causes delays, as I end up having to wait another day or two before calling again, which is really inconvenient when I need my contacts. I hope they can improve their communication and make the reordering process smoother.
You will be blessed with the best optometrist in town. I'm with Advanced Eye Care forever !! Thank you Dr. Olivos !!
