He listened to us carefully and took the time to understand our horse’s quirky personality showing genuine kindness and respect, putting us at ease. I have gotten half way through this many times and not thought it explained enough how grateful and amazing Shannon has been and is . So I deleted and re thought , I still don’t have the right words and struggled to make it short.
