I’m sure he’s a good dentist but wow was he unnecessarily rude on the phone. My first time trying to book a dentist for my horse since moving to Aus and was worried I didn’t have facilities where they can tie his head up to rest once sedated so simply asked what we should do. Instead of explaining it to me nicely he got his back up and spoke down to me horribly. Told me to go educate myself?🤣 Then hung up on me. No need for it. . I’ve had two excellent experiences with Dr Shannon Lee. He is very calm, knowledgeable & has the ability to make you and your horse feel comfortable. I felt that every part of the process was clearly explained with a lot of care and consideration the entire time. Absolutely 10/10.

I recently had a great experience with Advanced Equine Dentistry and couldn’t recommend highly enough. Dr Lee provides an incredibly personal and dedicated service. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my horse and walked me through the procedures step by step, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
