I called them and I didn't feel the crew helpful. I had a feeling, they just wanted to avoid my questions about pricing. The guy was belittling, I wasn't even able to explain properly what I wanted. If we are talking about spending. 15-20k , I expect a much better customer service. Someone else will helping with my build
We installed an AES System at our new home about 10 years ago. Gravity drained to tank and then to trenches. No wasteful power costs to operate. We have never had any issues with its performance. Never an odour. Since then we have installed numerous AES Systems - always performing efficiently. We recommend AES Systems and their friendly service.

We had our AES system installed in 2018 to accommodation for all our waste water effluent from toilets and showers for our camping grounds. This system came recommended from several plumbers and plumbing inspectors. We chose this system because of the simplicity of no mechanical or solenoid parts to operate it. Steve and the crew from Advanced Enviro Septic, are awesome to work with, very helpful and simplified all the big problem, the System works brilliantly and full fills the environmental needs to all government standards. I could not have chosen a better system with such low maintenance and cost, very happy to recommend them
