I am very grateful to the team at AEM who accepted the task of replacing my faulty solar batteries when my original installer JE Electrical failed to respond to my phone calls and emails after assuring me someone would be coming to attend to the issue following my initial contact with them in May 2024. After a great experience in June 2023 with AEM, when they installed, hassle-free, a heat pump at my place, I again am in awe of their level of customer service. This time one of their wonderful staff members, Charlene, assisted me in getting my heat pump working again, after it went on the blink while on an overseas holiday.
