Dr. Kramer and his staff are simply amazing. You’d be hard pressed to find this level of professionalism, courtesy, and warmth in most other places. All on par with some of the highest end medical offices in the city - this is not hyperbole, I’ve been to plenty. Writing this while in the recovery room!
They tell you to come in at least an hour and a half earlier to get the paperwork started and you still have to wait to your appointment time to do just the paperwork! What sense does that make?! NONE! I'll never come to this place EVER again! The worst customer/patient service EVER!!!!
i love this place so respectful and doctor's receptionist , been going for years and when my appointment comes i always feel safe and welcomed , Thank you guys always
I rarely rate places, experience was so great I had to. This place is an endoscopy machine - super efficient while still maintaining great bedside manner.
